Kobe’s Not Playing, But He’s Tweeting

If you’re anyone with an eye for the increasingly entertainment-based industry of journalism, you’ve come to appreciate Robert Littal’s Black Sports Online. And, if you’ve spent more than 30 seconds at once on the site, you’ve no doubt clicked on the tab titled Why Is This Site Called BlackSportsOnline and giggled at the line, “This is a Racist site”.

Anyway, in fitting fashion, it seems Kobe Bryant has managed to grab the second most important slot on the site, even though he hasn’t played since before the Lakers got good. And, Mike D’Antoni got in on that action, too, because everyone loves to complain about Mike D’Antoni.

“Honestly, Kobe Tweets were the best part of the Spurs vs. Lakers game. Unfortunately, that was a gift and a curse, because it overshadowed everything that happened on the court.

“Mike D’Antoni could have shrugged it off, but was a bit of a jerk about it, calling a Kobe a fan, while rolling his eyes at reporters.
