Is there anything more exciting than a tornado in paradise?

Step aside, Florida, Cuba, and New York (New York?). This is Lagos, Portugal. While the storm didn’t touch down directly inside the city’s walls, the nearby tunnel of destructive air rendered the country’s most popular vacation spot (and the entire Algarve) useless to anyone but surfers with longer boards.
